Programmes for Children
Our music programmes suit all schoolchildren (and preschoolers) and also benefit children with a migrant background. Thanks to their education in music pedagogy, our musicians introduce the children to stories and music that invite them into a warm and cosy atmosphere and allow them to dream for a moment. Our focus lies on classical music but we love to dive with the children into styles like tango or other international music. We tell the children stories and motivate them to accompany the music rhythmically, by moving and dancing.
Travelling the world with Mozart
In this programme, we invite the children to follow little Mozart into his magical garden and to be part of his quest for classical melodies. The children will learn how Mozart’s melodies have been translated into other cultures while changing their forms and experience on this colourful journey through the continents how and where they originate. The children will get to know the incredible transformations of a famous melody and are encouraged to dance.

Tako dances the tango
Tako has recently arrived in Argentine with his family. He hasn’t any friends there and feels lonely. One of his passions is dancing. But only when he’s alone and nobody’s watching. Otherwise, he feels embarrassed and doesn’t want to dance anymore which makes him feel miserable. One day, however, things change and Tako starts to overcome his shyness and to move freely when and where he wishes to. In this programme, the musicians explore together with the children the importance of social interactions and the beautiful, enriching and exciting aspects of discovering new cultures. The children get to know new styles of music and may move to captivating rhythms.
